To many online orders being processed, the collection area is often full of delivery drivers, so it's difficult to collect your order. If you ever wonder why your McDonald's delivery is cold it's because it sits there on a shelf with no heat lamps waiting for the driver to fight through the melee of people to collect it.
The drive though is OK but too small just like the car park.
Ohh, try to avoid busy periods ad often it looks like the food has been thrown together. Too much work for too few staff working in too small a kitchen in my opinion.
Staff are nice and usually friendly hence the service rating.

Messed up the order then the manager left me waiting for 10 minutes because she "Couldn't be bothered get it" from the servery unit directly behind her. No attempt at an apology was made for the inconvenience and the attitude of the manager gave me second hand embarrassment, I understand that it's a mcdonalds not fine dining but there a clear lack of customer service skills from this manager which is very sad considering she's setting the standard for the rest of the staff

Ordered through the McDonalds App?
?FAST Food?? That it is not!!!
Then when it arrived, food was missing and the food that arrived was cold.
Rang them and spoke to ?Manager? (I use that title lightly) Debbie.
Explained we were missing food and she said leave feedback on the App, I asked where that was on the App and her response? ?I?ve no idea, I?ve never used it!? EXCELLENT Customer Service - Then went on to give me the telephone number for UberEats - As I paid them apparently and NOT McDonalds (AGAIN? What a load of nonsense).

Awfull experiences with this branch . Can sit in thr drive thru for ages onlyfor some one else to get served before i do . Mutiple times. And then sit waiting again for a few mins . Drove around to fisrt window and there is not a smile in the place . And was looked at like im an inconvenience all i want is a coffee not 5 mins waiting when there is no other cars there only for one to pull up and they get served
