The staff always seem friendly and helpful. The food was decent which is good for McDonalds where it can be hit and miss.
The location is handy as it on the link road coming out of St. Helens on the way to the M62.
However, the road the exit is on can be busy which can make it a real pain to get out of at peak times.
Parking: There isn?t much parking which can be an issue during busy periods.

The screens to order your food from are quite straightforward but, they don't print out your order number. This might confuse some people because instructions come up saying 'please wait for your receipt' but then it says 'no receipts available, do you want to continue'. It's not made clear until you press 'yes' that your order number then shows.
The food, however, is really tasty.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

When I went in to collect my order it was like a youth club. Approximately 10-12 teenagers messing aboutin the corner. Not eating/drinking. 2 came running out as I came in. Nearly knocked myself and my son over.

Food just arrived at 7.28pm after order being picked up at 6.45pm Stone cold and also missing quarter pounder with cheese on order. This is diabolical service. You should be ashamed!!!!!!
