Very small McDonald's, seating upstairs too, didn't see a place for napkins etc , had to ask a member of staff for some, staff were very friendly, had table service, hence the hunt for napkins, besides that it was a very pleasant place to eat,

went to this maccies just then was told that i couldnt go in to order with my mate and told me wait outside while everyone was aloud in we only walked to the door they told us were not aloud in and didnt give us a reason would honestly not come to this maccies bunch of snotty people who work here.

Been to this one a few times its always been a bit rubbish so I have not been for a while...so today I came and the food was spot on the milkshake machine was working and the staff were friendly. Such a massive improvement on previous visits. Thank god!

Horrible place and disgusting food

Arrived at the drive through just after midnight last night. It was empty - just one car in front of me parked at the order speaker, so I thought, 'great, we'll be straight through'....however, it took 13 minutes for them to take and process my order! We were just sat there waiting (and that was using the app!). It should have taken seconds. I asked why it took so long and they said they were waiting on chicken nuggets but have realised they had none! Hopeless service..and it's not a one off, it's a pattern. The workers don't look bothered or in any way concerned to get the order out quickly. No apology..just said 'I know..'

What can I say..... Atmosphere only got 1 star because the Halloween decoration effort was cobwebs on the tills and a couple of window stick on bats... Wow! The service got 1 star because the floor staff helped me with the order, which I was grateful for, but the order came with a toy and not the book as ordered, also I was given chicken nuggets and not the hamburger I ordered, not the floor staffs fault, but the fault of the staff putting the order together.... Wow! It's not rocket science. Read the order that was printed off and don't just chuck any old order together. Thank you for disappointing 2 excited grandsons. Next time I will check my order, however simple it might be, to make sure I get the right stuff.

Look I don?t normally write reviews, however, I have to in this case. Everytime I have been here to eat, regardless of the time, I have to wait easy upto or around 20 mins for the food. These are not massive orders, one was a coffee I waited nearly 15 mins for a complained twice and one was a cheese burger that I had to park up for and then waiting 18 minutes. The staff are all children and have no idea how to run a kitchen and it?s clear the management just don?t care. Honestly just go up the road to the other one they are so much better and quicker.
