A rude blonde lady behind the counter shouts "Can I help you?" from the back of the shop when you walk in. You are then supposed to shout back what you're there for. I wonder how many people have had to announce really private information to a room full of strangers because of this.

I have just switched from Lloyds pharmacy to this pharmacy reason being firstly its a alot closer to home secondly the older ladies in there constantly chatting and leave you standing there waiting...Once I've been to collect my first prescription Monday I will change the ? situation hopefully from ? to ??+
