It's got better over the past 6 months. We actually stopped coming here for over a year as the quality and availability had gone downhill consistently. Props to them though, our last 3 visits, the food has been good, no long waits like you get at the Maccies drive through and everything available. My only critique would be the chips go soggy quickly and the fizzy drinks are poor quality (similar to Burger King)
It is starting to encroach on eating out costs though now, a bit more expensive than it should be, which does mean we use it far less than we would.

Walked into an empty restaurant to sort of greeted by two young girls cleaning. When I told them what I wanted they immediately asked me to use the drive through. After trying to speak to the machine and not understanding thing the girl was saying we got our cold food which had the wrong chicken pieces ordered.

RATS ! Twice I?ve seen rats around the building in and around the driveway with trash and litter too. It feels very unhygienic and frankly I lost my appetite too.
I love KFC but it?s shame the quality of cleanliness maintained.

Best KFC I had from this place!! Not a single burnt chicken or hot wings. The gravy was amazing and so was the chips. I hope that this wasn't a one off...

Taking into account this is fast food and not fine dining, this KFC is shocking. Kids running in calling the staff names, the dining area was dirty, the toilets were disgusting and nobody seemed to care. The food came out quickly, that's why I put 2 stars for service. The chicken breast on my sons burger could have been used as a weapon in self defence, it must have been cooked house before being served. My burger was thrown into the box and looked as though it had been shook about for good measure. The chips with the special herb coating looked like they had only had a brief introduction to the herbs, no taste, disgusting. I approached the counter to ask the staff to resolve some of these issues and was just ignored. I would 100% never go to this KFC ever again, stay away!

A great KFC, food is always quality. Staff are half and half, there's a few lads who are brilliant and then there's a woman who is arrogant, and also tries to keep my change every time...

What can I say, typical KFC. When your order is right it's good, when your order is wrong it's awful. It's like a 50/50 chance here if they'll mess it up or get it right. Be sure to check your food before leaving if you're in the drive through. If you're planning to order online, don't bother.
