My big Sister dropped her reading glasses whilst we were in a restaurant in town and the lense fell out. I just couldn't get it back in. Despite not having purchased the glasses from Howard's they were very happy to fix the lens and free of charge. Really friendly, excellent service. Thank you so much my sister can continue to read now for the weekend before returning to Shropshire on Sunday.

I've used Howards ever since the mid to late 90s when I first needed glasses. It was the opticians my grandmother always used and my older sister and I continue to use. The family thing is key, because Howards has always been a family run business at its core. I have been going here since 1987. I have tried Specsavers and would not go back. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The opticians have changed over the years but the service is the same if not of a higher quality. I highly recommend this opticians.
