I went to Halfords at St. Helens Retail Park looking for an electric camping hook-up and couldn't find one so went to the till to ask the lady who checked in the back, then checked the stock and found one that someone hadn't returned for. She was efficient and friendly and really quick as I only had 20 minutes to get to work. Very happy customer.

I feel compelled to say thank you to Sean today who really helped me. He assisted me with my tyres, suggested the right care for my windscreen and was extremely honest too. This goes a long way. He?s a credit to your branch in St Helens and your company. He was telling me he had worked there since being 16 and he?s now in his 50?s. What a top guy and I really appreciated your time, skill and integrity.
