Booked a piercing appointment for myself & my daughter, Nic was fantastic, she's very personable, easy to speak to & extremely professional. She put my daughter's nerves at ease, I would not hesitate in recommending her. The staff generally seem very happy to help & friendly. My daughter is already talking about going back to pick her next earrings after Nic mentioned they had some nice animal ones in stock & gave us a discount voucher.? This is exactly the kind of customer service that encourages people to go back & spend again.
