Took car to have a new tyre on front before mot paid online and when received mot it said front tyre faulty phoned f1 and he said my husband had asked for back which had nothing wrong with it my husband went this morning and they said its his word against theirs asked for the good tyre back but was told it had been took away I have paid for tyre which I did not need going to trade standards on Monday

Done with this place. Only wanted a tyre putting on to a new rim but could not fit me in even though they only had 1 van in the garage. If I had bought a tyre and had it fitted not a problem.10 minute job done elsewhere, you?ve lost my business and all of my families too!

Paid for a full service (£195) and rear disks and pads replacement, and an alignment I was told I needed (£265). The result: Brake fluid flooding the engine bay, because "it was pushed back by pistons", as if a proper brake fluid level it's not a service I've paid for. No grease on any doors or battery terminals, no exhaust checks, wipers checks, nothing about condition of belts, no report, no.. nothing! A stark contrast when you check the "what's included" section of their website. 3/5 Not impressed.

Place and order on asda tyres for next day fitting and a minute after receive confirmation someone from F1 call me and explain my that my tyres can't be fitted because had a broken machine. Why not said this to asda before? Why waiting until someone been booked to try to cancel his order? So i have to wait for refund until order a new tyres. Never again F1 service. Pls everyone avoid.....

Came here after a recommendation (needed 2 new tyres). A mechanic checked and ordered them for next day delivery. They were fitted and completed within 45mins - was impressed with the efficiency and no nonsense attitude. The staff are helpful, professional and polite. I felt it was a trustworthy buisness and would highly recommend you come here.

Been going here for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for my mot or repairs,car is always ready within a few hours of taking it in, and they always give you a call to tell you it's ready, not leave you hanging and wait for you to contact them. Absolutely fantastic service well worth a 5 star review
