visited Eyeline out of the blue as i had just broken my glasses. i didn't have an appointment but they went out of there way to help and managed to get me an eye test while i was there. after hearing that i now required varifocals Jackie spent a lot of time with me explaining all about them and helped me to chose new frames for 2 pairs of Glasses. she was excellent with this and certainly very knowledgable. The whole service from Eyeline was first class.

Since using Eyeline opticians wouldn't go anywhere else. Really personable service and nothing too much trouble in terms of ongoing minor repairs to my frames. Would highly recommend this company.

I have worn glasses for over 40yrs been to every optician you can name in that time and I can honestly say Eyeline opticians are the best. I called in the shop to ask some lens advice, Jackie was brilliant, she knew her stuff! I have my lenes thinned and varifocal so they arnt cheap wherever I go Jackie gave me loads of advice the best being " how about having your lenes reactolite" I wasn't sure remembering when they first came out yrs ago.After much thinking I decided to take her advice and have my lenes reactolite THEY ARE BRILLIANT, wow so easy to wear no messing about with 2 pairs of glasses so in the long run Jackie saved me money because I don't need my separate sunglasses. I can honestly say the service was excellent I was given the right advice and couldn't fault them, credit where credit is due they knew thier stuff . Happy customer here who will be returning when her next eye check up/test is dueThanksMaxine Taylor

Eyeline optician, St Helens are they best opticians I've ever been to. Both the optician and staff are lovely, and very helpful. I've been with eyeline for a couple of years now and I fully recommend them.

Went for an eye test and to buy new glasses. Waited for 7 days for the glasses to return and was completely the wrong prescription as i could hardly see out of the glasses. They sent them back to be adjusted waited a further 2 1/2 weeks to find out when i went to pick them up they was still well out! Very disappointed in this as now ive got to go looking elsewhere for a decent optician. I'd highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague.
