Called in lunchtime today. Although they didn't have the tiny bulb I needed, the guy on the desk was really helpful with suggestions of where I might get one. Following his advice, I've now located one. Great service from this really pleasant guy. I'll be back when I need anything else

He saved our reputation as a funeral home providing us with a part for our Hearse that could have been a catastrophic embarrassing moment for our company. Used to be a good branch before the change around of there shop lay out as the service now is terrible twice recently I have been and had to wait ages to be served as seems like all the staff just stir in the back of the store chatting leaving customers alone in the shop front witch is unacceptable

Ordered two items for collection. One girl working on reception who took payment for the items before checking if the stock was actually in the building, I then waited for over half an hour of watching other customers being served and then I was finally told one of the items couldn?t be found then had to wait for a refund. Won?t be calling here ever again. Thx for the shocking service
