Hello from going into the St Helens store and meeting Kevin who helped us choose the right mattress for us, his knowledge and expertise was excellent and such a nice person, he is a credit to your organisation. He gave us the delivery day and you kept us informed as to the time of delivery. Liam and Colin sent a text to tell us they were on there way and true to their text arrived on time, it was such a very hot day and moving and shifting mattresses must have been exhausting for them, they are an excellent team and again a credit to your organisation.

Went in store today with my partner and was met by Kevin. He was very friendly and accommodating he guided us through our experience of trying mattresses and told us the details of each one which was very helpful, didn?t pressure us into buying straight away was there simply to help us out . Outstanding service at Dreams St Helens!
Kevin was incredibly helpful, polite, and truly a credit to the company. I was urgently in need of a bed, and while most other stores quoted a six-week wait, Dreams came through with delivery in under a week. Exceptional customer service and fast, efficient delivery. highly recommended!

Absolutely perfect service, we were attended to immediately upon arrival, using the mattress machine for both my Mother in law and my son. Both picked out beds perfectly with the guidance and delivery was perfect too.

We popped in on a whim last Sunday to buy some new pillows and ended up walking out with a mattress too, all thanks to Declan!
He was super helpful and made the visit really easy. What we appreciated most from Declan was that there was no pressure or pushy upselling, he gave us all the info we needed, explained the options clearly, and left us to decide for ourselves which is exactly what we look for when making purchases like this. He didn?t force the pricier options on us that we didn?t want or would need like most people would do, he gave us all the facts so we could go away and have a think so we could make our own decision.
We actually went back in about 10 minutes later to get the mattress he mentioned because the way he explained it sold it to us and again, no pressure, just helpful info that made us feel confident in what we were buying.
Top-notch customer service and now we?ve got a comfy new mattress after many years and fresh pillows to match. Thanks Declan! Credit to the company.
