Went and bought a new integrated dishwasher. Paid for installation and returned home. A few days later received the dishwasher and the chaps came to fit it. At this point they informed me that they could not and would not fit the dishwasher. I ponted out that I had paid for the installation. They still refused and left. I had to install the dishwasher myself. I complained to the store and they refunded me the installation money. But that was all they would do. Sadly the two incompetent individuals had a good day off instead of doing the job they are paid for. With any sort of luck they will be let go. Although I doubt it they are probably in a union that tells them they can be crap at their job and it will still be ok. I will be buying appliances elsewhere in future.

Today I visited the St Helens store and approached two gentleman one was called Jordan I didn't catch the other gentleman's name, extremely friendly I needed help regarding cables for a VCR I found, my mum's just recently passed away and I wanted to watch these video tapes to help me remember. These two lads were fantastic they knew it wasn't a worthy sale but they went above and beyond they expressed sympathy as I got upset and made me feel comfortable! I visited the store around 10am. Please give these two men a incentive as they both represent the company so well and I will be back in this store this week to make sure they have both been acknowledged by management

Salesman KEITH is just a lier and the helpdesk is well uninformed. Bought my coffee machine DeLonghi about 10 months ago with an extended warranty, that according to KEITH is a product that will save a lot of my time in case of fault. When I purchased the extended warranty, I was told by KEITH, that In case of fault, I just bring the machine to St Helens store, and they do the rest. That was the most important benefit for me from this product. He couldn't be more wrong about that. Unfortunately I have a problem with my product and the process of just sending it to the rapir place is from hell. It took me 3 visits in CURRYS ST Helens and 2 phones to DeLonghi plus whole day of waiting for someone to collect ( DeLonghi customer service said, someone will collect it between 9am and 4pm, and I need to be at home). Why no one can collect it from the shop?! No idea....
DeLonghi customer service employee Maria said at my last visit in CURRYS ST HELENS that she ordered a transport for my coffee machine, and it will be with me today. So I'm waiting from the very morning, my only day off in over 60 hours week if working, my 4 year old daughter very exited to spend a day with her dad... but only thing that we could do is waiting for a transport between 9am and 4pm. Unfortunately transport never arrived,because Maria from DeLonghi forgot to take my contact number,that she asked over the email and never bothered with chucking for any replay.
All together it's a mess and I'll be requesting full refund for my troubles.
Helpdesk in CURRYS St Helens was sending me back and forward to call from home. Than DeLonghi said that CURRYS needs to call to them directly. Than disappointment with the collection, few hours spent with CURRYS ST Helens helpdesk and KEITH avoiding my eye contact, because he know what kind of BS he fed me with. I'll never buy anything from this shop and company!
My time with my daughter is the most important for me and because of this shop I've wasted 3rd day off with my daughter in a row.

The staff are rude ,useless and they are not even helping customers, Tuesday I went to st Helens and bought microwave, toaster, hair dryer and I needed iron and mixer, and some more stuff I asked for help many times but no one helped me I went to the shop 6:30 till 8 the closing time came staff and said now it's closed shop come next day I don't recommend curry very disappointed

I recently purchased an LG TV online from Currys and chose to collect it from the St. Helens store. After installation, I noticed a fault in the display. I visited the store the very next day, and I must say the service was absolutely fabulous.
Tom (General Manager) and Spencer were incredibly helpful, even though the purchase was made online. They guided me through the exchange process smoothly and ensured I received a replacement TV without any hassle. The new TV was delivered promptly, and the faulty one was collected at the same time.
Really impressed with the professionalism and customer service at Currys St. Helens. Thank you, Tom and Spencer!

There are training and competence issues I bought a tablet Saturday and paid for set up
No responce by email so checking my in store receipt and found it was the wrong name wrong email address
I returned to the store explaining this and the responce was it doesn't matter , I said it does no online receipt nor in my name and you are setting it up for me can you please correct name and email address he said I can't help you gave to phone up. I did and they only deal with purchases bought online
Incompetence by 2 members of in store at St Helens no due care no diligence bad attitude and no way to complain other than having to wait till the store opens on Sunday
No trust they will set it up correctly causing unnecessary stress and worry

I had the pleasure of recieving some excellent customer service from Harry at Currys, St Helens, yesterday.
Despite his youth, his professionalism, efficiency and dedication were beyond impressive.
His ability to delegate to his more senior colleagues, solve issues quickly, and still provide me with a seamless and stress-free experience.
What particulary stood out for me was that he clearly is overskilled for this role. He had at least 5 colleagues approach him, whilst he remained engaged with me. These coworkers openly admitted that they were not confident at doing things, Harry consistently gave them advice, offered solutions and virtually ran the area that he was working at that day,
Phones.
His positive attitude his handling of complex requests meant that customers were able to recieve direction. In the short time I was there his unwavering commitment to all made a significant difference to the entire store.
I wholeheartedly recommend this young man for an award of some kind. He deserves it.
Currys are very lucky to have him in their store.
His talent and professionalism are rare. I have no doubt this individual is perhaps juggling college/university and this role.
He will continue to excel in all he does and one day perhaps be a name we all remember.
