Super friendly! Dave had exactly what I needed, and even went above and beyond to help. I got a great deal, and they even took my old car that was only good for scrap. I'm looking forward to picking up my car on Monday. Highly recommended these guys.

My car broke down and the AA gave me a list as long as my arm to which I took it my Cowley service and mot. Upon arrival I met Dave who was fantastic in assisting me in the breakdown. Basically what I had done was major work regarding a brand new clutch and duel mass flywheel. Blown head gasket cam belt snapped and major oil leak and a mountain of error codes on the dash shock absorbers went and a mot upon completion of the work of my Peugeot 308 blue hdi .The price was very reasonable for the amount of hard work what had to be done on my car.Can I start by saying how much of a amazing job Dave did and his team of mechanics did who worked tirelessly on my car, getting it back on the road as soon as possible and with in 10 days. And especially with all the work what has had to be done. I really can?t speak highly enough of the whole service I received from start to Finnish and would highly recommend this garrage to anyone. I?ll be back for sure.Big thank you to all at Cowley for the work youse carried out. Youse did an amazing job. ?? ?? ??????

I can?t recommend Cowley Hill Motors enough! I bought my car from them over 4 years ago now and I wouldn?t go anywhere else for servicing, MOT?s and any other car needs. They?re friendly, honest, attentive and try to be as accommodating as possible to whatever I need. It?s hard to find a good, trustworthy car garage but Cowley Hill Motors is definitely one of them!

I made a phone appointment to test drive a car, but when I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that the car had already been sold without any prior notice. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. As a customer, I believe it's important to be informed of any changes to my appointment. This experience has left a negative impression on me, and I would not recommend this dealership to others.

Cannot rate Dave and his team enough service and MOT done at a very reasonable rate.Professional honesty and reliable, can highly recommend would not tske my car anywhere else.When i first booked with them a full service and MOT the were honest enough to advise thst due to mileage on part service would be required...they dont fleece you.Tracey Hannell

Another fine job done by Cowley MOT...initially went in for a service but I highlighted fluid in the drivers footwell, quickly identified the issue, contacted me, gave me a very competitive price and I left the job in their safe hands. Kept me up to date with progress, showed me the old part and pictures of the work being done. Thank you once again for a great customer experience. As always, I will always trust my car with Cowley MOT.

Excellent service! Friendly, informative and extremely reliable! Always keeps me up to date with the progress of any work being done on the car and any problems have been resolved within a matter of days if not the same day. Dave is fantastic and I would never consider going to any other garage for any sorts of repairs or to buy another car, thank you so much!

Car started to overheat recently I took it back to them. Did a series of tests and found then fixed the problem. Excellent customer service, they kept me up to date with potential issues and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. Thanks lads!

This is probably the best experience I?ve had with regards to my car breaking down haha. From the start Dave was really open and very communicative right throughout.another garage could have made more money from myself, a woman on her own without a clue about what was wrong. Car booked in for clutch replacement i was told one and half days (the half day to check car is ok) Day 1 no call re progress. Day 2 we contact garage re collection, "car not ready other part needed" Day 3 no contact by garage re progress so we contact garage to be told Another part is required so more delay. So many stories so many delays at last get car back on Day 5 with a bill nearly double original estimate no updates from garage during the process. We are due to go on a trip on Day 6 but to my horror the car wont go into gear and clutch doesn't work. I call the garage but no reply so cancelled weekend away and had to consult another garage and Renault to get some help and lucky for us the advice worked will never use this garage again and advise others to do likewise. Renault sent me the full procedure for bleeding the clutch and gave me some reasons why the job went on so long and cost so much more hard to prove this but it all fitsWith all due fairness Dave was able to rectify the problem together with a new challenge. He promptly booked in the car and put everything right. He says that customer service is very important to him and I can't fault it in this matter. ??
