This has to be the worst Macdonalds in the whole of England. Fast food you make a snail look fast. How hard Is it to count how many burgers you put in a bag. Seem to struggle after 1. Place would be better run by chimpanzees

My meal arrived , half full of cold fries , wtf is this ? Who works here ? Do you need help ? Is this a deliberate thing the staff are doing at this restaurant?

I went through the drive through and asked for a cheese burger only cheese leuttuce and ketchup got given a burger with more sweet chilli sauce on than burger, then refused to do my order again A bunch of lads laughing at the window like it was funny when passing the food out Very very unhappy Very childish behaviour from young adults that are supposed to be maturing What a joke !!!!!

Slow disinterested staff, the management must walk around with their eyes closed. This place is a joke. The reviews tell a tail of mismanagement .

Freezing cold food! I ordered from Deliveroo and the driver took 45 mins to deliver my order to my nine year old son who was hungry. Unfortunately this is happening all the time and McDonalds use Deliveroo as a cop out. absolute joke! stealing money from people

Second time I have ordered a vegetarian wrap for my vegetarian wife only to be given chicken even though it is vegetarian on the receipt. Never answer the phone when you follow their own policy of calling to complain. If you are feeding vegetarians, AVOID

Really really poor! hot chocolate like dish water, no milkshakes or strawberry lemonade, wrong drink and desert served, no salt in the stations so asked staff who said they had none until prompted to go and check before returning with it. Not great when you are spending money in the restaurant which isn?t cheap anymore!

This is usually a great place to eat and I visit here quite a lot, but today they had an absolute shocker! I went in at lunch time Saturday afternoon while they were very busy, but this is a fast food restaurant and they should really be equipped for this kind of situation. I ordered a Big Mac, fries, and a hot chocolate from the touch screen, and requested table service. I waited 21 minutes for my order, but the 'hot' chocolate was cold, and the Big Mac was cold. I informed the waitress, who apologised, and took my order back to the kitchen. 10 minutes later I was brought another order but the Big Mac was cold again, so I handed it back to a different waitress to be taken away again. Another 10 minute wait, and a third cold Big Mac. Enough was enough. I put my jacket on, handed a waiter my receipt, and requested my money back. I followed him downstairs to the counter where a manager handed me my money in cash, without any fuss. He seemed like a decent guy and he apologised, which I appreciated, and I told him 'it wasn't his fault', although indirectly it was, as he is in charge of all the staff. However, I did feel a little sorry for him as the restaurant was mega-busy and as he can't be everywhere at once, he has to trust that his staff are doing their jobs properly, which unfortunately they weren't. I'll still use this Mcdonald's as usually it's okay, but it does seem to be the kitchen staff that let this place down. I think the fact that they're now hidden away out of sight, since the refurb, has caused standards to fall.

Terrible. Slow as he'll. Prioritise delivery orders. If you go in the drive through be prepared to wait around 20 minutes. If you go to sit in be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes. Mc donalds is most certainly not fast food. Staff are rude also. Save your money because most times they miss stuff out of your order anyway

Waited ages for food, then had to return luke warm fries and burger. Was replaced with half the amount of fries and colder! I had to leave before I lost my rag with them.

I live McDonald?s because the chicken nuggets are so amazing and the fries are warm and gorgeous! Please go here it is the best place you have ever dreamed of! I would go a billion times more.

Well organised with the take-away and ordering counter on the ground floor and if you are dining in you can relax on the upper floor. Loads of terminals to order your drinks/meal, the drive-thru lanes were flowing. Service was friendly and efficient, and the tables were cleaned promptly. Visited here several times and it was pretty consistent.

Went through drive through. They took payment. Told me to park up. No food arrive After 25 mins I bailed snd went back to work. This place literally does Rob you.

Waited a while for the food to be brought out. The order was wrong, the fries were cold and one of the burgers was so cold my husband couldn?t eat it. We won?t be returning to this McDonald?s.
