Its a place for shopping, you go in, you select items to buy. You are then expected to scan your own shopping and pay for the privelige. If you are doing this, there should be a 10% AT LEAST incentive

Went to the checkout at approximately 8:15 this morning to be told by the person on the self service area it was self service only. I politely asked for a till to be opened as my wife who has tremors can not use self service and she likes to pay for our shopping herself. The lady went on her headset and clearly stated that she was being shouted at, which definitely was not the case. The lady with dyed pink hair needs training in customer relationship skills because she clearly has none. This experience left my wife upset and the man who came into the till for us was very nice and said he would pass our comments on. If you use this store avoid asking her to do anything

Ideal for a quick shop and a big shop, we called in for bits and bobs , always a very clean store, very friendly staff too, still in anyone's price range and quality food too.
