Green dragon William hill is a joke been 3 times in a week and it's closed nor even 5 o'clock supposed to be open till 10 o'clock and 8 o'clock on a Sunday.. the lady with the grey hair has no respect kicking people out shutting the machines off no need

Just been into this william hill to redeem a £5 free bet I had been given .
I had my bet on screen ready to print off , but for some reason it wouldn't allow me to use the free £5 bet which was now on the machine .
I asked the cashier why wasn't it working
She just kept saying it was the internet in the shop , even though if I wanted to place £5 of my own money there was no issue
The cashier just sat there saying she couldn't come out from behind the counter to help rectify the situation
So basically long story short £5 free bet useless I threw it in the bin ,
Cashier needs to take her ear piece out and at least phone somebody for guidance whether that be another shop or head office
Instead of just blaming the bloody internet
So from now on I'll go to Betfred
Because that cashier was terrible ?

Service is good here and they offer everything you would expect from a good bookies, there are far worse places to lose your money. There is parking for customers on-site but it's usually packed so be wary of that.

Absolutely disgusted at workmen drilling, hammering, blasting music and shouting at your site throughout the night Monday, Tuesday and again tonight. Right next to Whiston hospital where I and many others are currently poorly and unable to sleep due to their selfishness! If these works HAD to be done throughout the night next to a major hospital then your workmen need to learn some common courtesy and respect, to try to keep the noise to a minimum eg not shouting to each other, blasting music and revving the engine on their van! One nurse has just told me she was so frustrated last night that she rang the police who had to use their valuable time to go and ask them to turn their music down!! We are talking 2am 3am 4am 5am... disgusting
