James has recently repaired three pairs of my Louboutin shoes to an excellent standard. The customer service he provides is absolutely outstanding. He is professional, personable and a perfectionist, and he has really gone out of his way at times to help. He provides a warm greeting, he is kind and very patient with my elderly mother and has given her help and advice on every problem she brings him. He is an asset to Timpsons and I now wouldn?t use any other business or service other than James.

Ok to cut keys but when it came to shoe repairs the huyton branch informed me they couldn't be fixed. I went to the prescot branch and he not only did a great repair but he polished my shoes as well.

I would like to give a big shout out for Colin who works at Timpsons @tesco cables.I was in a state of panic having locked myself out of my car ?. Colin was very helpful he let me use his phone to call breakdown company, he was very reassuring and able to provide a number for me to contact a locksmith called Tommy who Timpsons use who came out within the hour . Colin also saved me hundreds of pounds as my breakdown company wanted to charge me £350 as did not have a lockout add on .If your reading this Colin thanks again you saved the day not forgetting Tommy either!!! . Next time I'm in tescos ill bring you some Krispy cream ? as promised ?
