I found a full on white slimy dead bug in my baby leaf salad it was gushing of puss and fluid when I squished it to see what it actually was. Actually feel sick to my stomach. Such bad hygiene and customer service is slacking so bad

My daughter and I made a visit to this Tesco store, we had a snack in the Tesco cafe, not only did they have a fantastic choice but it was delicious !!!

A pretty good store in general, lots of product selection, in store Holland and Barrett, Costa coffee and Tesco own cafe, lots of parking and fuel station as well. Toilets were clean and it's easy to navigate around. Staff could be friendly and the coffee at the cafe was watery.

Would just like to give a big shout out to lovely young delivery driver by the name of Ben, I am currently disabled and am getting about at home with a zimmer, when brought our shopping he could see we couldn't do much so offered to bring in our shopping and held the baskets while being emptied, so very kind and very helpful and very friendly, so tescos he needs to be praised for his kindness and helpfulness to us both we couldn't of managed without his help

I love tesco in prescot ....we shop there every Sunday.....staff are fabulous and very helpfull .....was a bit shocked on Sunday...I always buy the 4 pkt of jelly pots for my packed lunch and got home and there was only 3 in pkt .....wonder where it went ....anyway my food is always fresh and lovely .....just thought I'd share that funny story

Always go because it?s my local shop but the staff there are very rude and very lazy there stood there talking all the time and not helping it?s a joke, also went not long ago and a blonde member of staff houghee and puffed was also giving silly looks because we dropped a carton of milk. Customer service there is vile

I just think it's so big now that it feels like the staff can't keep up with stocking the shelves. Every week I go home without something because the shelves are empty and there's hardly any staff on the floor to ask if they have stock. Not their fault, they are clearly working hard but the quality if the store seems to have dropped considerably which is a shame.

There are no consequences for those who occupy the family parking lot without children, even though the sign is out, everyone ignores it and forces families to park farther away, where they might find enough space to take the babies out of the car.
