Food was made fast, workers were nice and I even got a good suggestion to re cook the sub after getting veggies for extra crisp

Just been in at 12:45 (lunch time) and told it?s only what we?ve got. There was only a choice of 3 fillings, and not chicken tikka or Tuna that we went in for, no explanation why. As we turned to walk out a very rude staff member shouted BYE and laughed. I will never go to this subway again.

Ordered on the app to collect at a specific time, it wasn?t ready, had to wait extra 10 minutes. It was the same last week, they didn?t even start making it last week until I?d arrived. What is the point in pre-ordering? Complete waste of my lunchtime. Food was good, just the wait off putting. The girl apologised at the end but the manager on the till wasn?t bothered.

I love coming here.I'm sorry before walking out in a huff. I did not mean any harm.It was my fault about the sauce not server. She was doing a good job. It was just me been a cloth ears.I hope I can come back tomorrow and order the same meal.Again I'm sorry I walked out like that in a huff. It was not Subways fault.Vegetarian options: Very good.

Rude and unprofessional branch manager. Sick of this branch being closed when it should be open. Will never visit this branch again. Prescot will be getting my custom from now on.

I never thought I could be so disappointed at the service I would receive from somewhere like a Subway. Disappointing food chicken that felt like if I dropped it, it would bounce) and poor customer service. It's a shame as the staff who used to work here were lovely, but recently there seems to be a staff change. I wish the new staff were as friendly and attentive as the previous ones. The service I received today has put .w off visiting this branch again in the future. It's ironic that it faces Whiston Hospital - the hospital food would probably be better! Go to the Prescot branch instead, friendlier staff and food which seems miles better!

Avoid here the Manager is rude and unapproachable. clearly treats the staff poorly. Get told by the staff that the reason the store is not always open when it should be is because she can't plan her life never mind plan a team. owners don't care about staff or customers. don't bother going here you can't park and you will have a better experience in the Prescot store 5 mins away.
