Have used these guys for many years. I first started when they had two shops and I went the one in Rainhill. They regularly launder my suits for boxing shows as I am a professional time keeper. I probably visit once a month. They are very accommodating and friendly and very reasonable.

I gave my kids jacket for cleaning, unfortunately after the wash I noticed it has been damaged a few places.
I bought it to their attention, only for the owner lady to blame it on the cloth itself. It's a Mountain Warehouse Jacket, it's not a poor quality.
If they had doubts they should not have accepted the item for Cleaning in the first place.
Not taking any responsibility for damage caused by their action is not appreciated. Thanks
