Excellent process from start to finish. We decided to go with PDWC as they'd done brilliant work on our old house. I would highly recommend this company if you need any relevant work doing. I have used them twice now and have not only found their workmanship excellent but the whole manner from the telephone conversations to the gent who calls out to measure up, and the workmen that arrive to do the work all exceedingly warm, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.Thank you Prescot Windows and Doors.

The whole process has, so far, been faultless, and the work carried out completed to a high standard. Yesterday, September 2003, the team arrived (Darren, Callum,Darren, Carl, Dave and Ben. Initially the weather was atrocious with heavy rain. This did not stop the preliminary work on the replacement of a French door with a sliding patio door, the replacement of the exterior utility door and window, the replacement of a kitchen window, and the replacement of the exiting wide kitchen window with a door and smaller window unit. All this work was completed in 1 day. Everywhere was left clean afterwards. We had problems trying to get other companies to even turn up to do an estimate, so when Prescot Windows and Doors came to us by way of a personal recommendation we were very pleased with the initial response. We are even more pleased with the results and will be using them for other works.

This summer 2023We had a garage conversion completed, the garage was knocked through to the old kitchen and dining room to provide a new kitchen and lounge and dining area it is a great space, they also fitted new windows a roof lantern and bifolds, we are delighted with the results.The care and consideration of the team was commendable as they took such care to minimise the disruption always cleaning up at the end of each day .We would highly recommend them.Jan, MikeECCLESTONaaaooflantern and bif

Time wasters. Stayed off work to get a quote from these. They didn't turn up, rearranged for two days later. Turned up, spoke confidently, said they would send the quote through in a couple of days. Never happened seven weeks on still waiting. Don't bother.

Fantastic company and brilliant customer services. Ordered Bi-fold doors as part of a kitchen re-fit and couldn't be more pleased with them. From Lee to Mark through to the team that fitted them I couldn't praise them more. Clear communication as to when they would be fitted to a professional installation process.5 stars and if you are thinking of getting bi-folds I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Just had the Sean and Darren experience. They fitted my bay windows. From start to finish, they were very professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them...very clean and tidy workers.
