Had a problem with Rodents in the drain and called PPC based on their reviews. Drew came quickly in an unmarked van and did a thorough investigation of the situation. It took a number visits to solve the problem but he did it. He was very reassuring and gave lots of good advice as well as having great enthusiasm for his work. Would absolutely recommend Drew and his company if you ever have a rodent problem.

Moved into a new house and inherited a full flea infestation! Drew came out the next day and was extremely professional and beyond helpful - immediately gave us the best way to sort it out. Within a matter of weeks we are now fully flea free and Drew was extremely knowledgable and professional from start to finish - thanks again

Called this morning at 10am and Pete arrived by 11:30am to sort wasps nest in the loft. He managed to find the beginnings of a wasps nest that was tiny !!! Really impressed by the service - would happily recommend ! Thanks Pete !!

Rang premier pest control a few days before Christmas as we had been hearing scratching in the walls , they said they would send someone out either that day or the next , shortly afterwards Drew rang and asked if it was ok to call in and take a look 20 minutes later he arrived. After a good look around the property he noticed an air brick had a large hole which he suspected was where the mice were getting in , he advised us what to use to block it up then proceeded to put bait all over he returned in the new year and put more bait down and then today to check everything was clear and if we had spotted or heard anything, thankfully we haven?t heard a thing. I wouldn?t hesitate to contact this company again. I would like to add Drew is the most pleasant young man and such a pleasure to deal with thanks again Drew.

very impressed with the service - within 24 hours of contacting them, Peter arrived (on time) to help my Mum with a wasp nest. He was kind, polite, thorough and a great Ambassador for his company. Great value, really impressed with the way their office dealt with our enquiry and then with the work Peter did - highly recommend.

I spoke to Andy at Premier Pest Control at 9:00AM. He arrived at our property 60mins later to perform a survey. By midday the issue was resolved, very simply, very efficiently. Both Andy and his son, Drew, were knowledgable and courteous. A great service at a reason price. Thanks guys!

Contacted Premier Pest Control when I found a wasps nest in my loft. Great communication, lovely staff, called me to confirm the time and even managed to arrive early. Explained everything that would happen and had the job done in no time. All wasps dead and they said if any re occurrence then call. Highly recommended.

Called Premier Pest Control as they came recommended by a family member. They came over to Runcorn the very next morning, couldn't fault their service or prices and have used again already. This company is a shinning example of a family run concern, they responded within three hours of phone contact, the operative was courteous and professional. The service was reasonably priced and highly effective, I would recommend them to anybody with a pest problem, thank you Premier Pest Control I am now rodent free.
