Stayed here when my little boy was in hospital in Alderhey. Great food next door in the beefeater and a good nights sleep. Only about 10mins to the hospital in the morning.

Easy access from Motorways, pub next door does evening meals, unfortunately no breakfast on site.

Excellent location very clean tidy rooms. The beds are fantastic these mattresses give the best sleep ever. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely pub next door to eat and relax free car parking for those who stay. Just a lovely hotel

I'm not one to write a review but I have never had a service like it. The team, no matter the time I walked through reception were amazing. They went above and beyond for our short visit with such reassurance that it was no problem at all. It meant a lot more as it was a difficult visit and they really made a difference and slayed some of the stress off. Thank you again.

Excellent service, wasn?t too far from the city centre which was perfect, was amazing, headed to a two day event and had everything we needed provided, the shower pressure was a bit weak but was duable

I have stayed here for extended periods on two occasions for work. Both the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and modern. The car park feels secure. The staff are an example to other hotels as to how it should be done. Tracy is a gem. I have no reservations in recommending this hotel.

We stayed at the Premier Inn Rainhill for a family funeral and all I can say is WOW what a team. Tracy the manager was absolutely brilliant from the start, she made sure everything was seamless going above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. She put us in a lovely room, left us a bottle of wine and some biscuits and booked breakfasts for us at a nearby premier inn each day as the one we were in was not serving breakfast during the week, she was very friendly and caring and nothing was too much trouble. Victoria was also absolutely lovely, she gave us a free standing heater to warm the room when my mum came back from the funeral feeling cold and shaky and our room heater wasn't working properly, she was very friendly and considerate and again nothing was too much trouble. All in all the staff were excellent, going above and beyond for us.

Staff lovely , room ok , bit dark , hallway looks a bit dated , bed was very creaky, noticed bed broken , bathroom shower lovely , was givan a sheet when asked for , overall would go back . Nice to be able to open windows on ground floor .

Was planning a five star review for this clean and quiet hotel but lowered disappointed to get up in the morning looking forward to breakfast to find out that this Premier inn only serves breakfast twice a week, would have been good if it was clear on the website when booking.

the slow free wifi is the reason for the bad review. its even slow for regular surfing. streaming is impossible

I used this hotel as a stopover for 2 nights as I was connecting with a Coachtour. Very disapointing a mile from Rainhill and no breakfast service. (only suitable if you have your own transport.) Had to use Taxies all the time.

Needed hotel near concert venue it was a perfect stay lovely quiet room a lovely comfortable bed a good shower including shower products good size TV small cupboard , hairdryer , tea coffee all you needed for good stay
