Staff just can?t be bothered sometimes and it?s really obvious too. Took my son in to get a pair of trainers, and was left there waiting for 25 minutes, I just gave in and left. There was one poor girl left to sort out the whole shoe section on her own. Two senior staff members stood chatting away near the front, surely one of them should be chipping in when there?s not a lot of staff in. They?re all clearly not enjoying their jobs in there, they all seem so depressed, it?s sad to see.

Small shop but helpful members of staff. Good discounts as well as availability of styles and sized. There is also plenty of parking spaces near the store and working hours are pretty long.

Worst customer service ever. Asked for a shoe in a 6 to try on. The girl just put them behind the til rather than come over with them. I eventually realised and went over the till and they were a 5! Asked for another shoe, waited 15 mins, nothing! So just left. Terrible customer service. Will buy my trainers elsewhere!
