Very poor for disabled customers in wheelchairs. Asked staff the price of a large item that had no price label. They didn't know and clearly could not be bothered to help, and was told to take it to the till and ask them, except the shop was very busy and each checkout had 10 people in the queue. Just frustrating. Staff are mostly 16-17 and are clearly not properly trained or motivated at all, and the one or two staff who have the experience to know anything are sitting at the tills.

This is my favourite home bargains store.
The garden centre is my favourite spot and the staff so friendly and helpful despite all seeming very busy and working hard.
The cheese twists in the bakery are my absolute favourite.
Always well stocked and tidy. With plenty of parking.
I did however on a visit get wacked with a till door while I was at the till behind, by staff member with Green hair, very eager to leave the till area.
I don?t know if he noticed but he promptly returned and barged past on his way back.
I think he must have been having a bad day.
