I picked up my prescription yesterday with items missing. I called today to tell them. I was advised I can't get my tablets without a consultation as its a controlled substance. I was already annoyed as what you get given is ment to be correct.
When I got there I gave my name an advised what had happened. The assistant had nothing to say an was getting tablets. I asked about the consultation which she didn't know about. Then assistant checked with someone else an said no I dont need to and handed me the prescription.
I missed one of my days on the tablets as a result.
As a result I had an awful night. Then today made out as if its my mistake and I will have to prove it somehow.
Then when they realise they didn't give me what they ment to they didn't even acknowledge anything. No apology.
Really think this is very bad.
Alot of staff are lovely and they are very busy and are usually very good.

Boots at cables is always a lovely experience the staff on tills and pharmacy are lovely, patient and kind on every occasion. I am in there getting click and collect or prescription medication often. It?s a very busy store serving a continuously growing populated area. Trusted named pharmacy for a reason. Would recommend and always get fabulous bargains in store or on the app.

Went to pay for my purchase at the tills and both staff left to go and get a click and collect order leaving at least 15 people waiting . Extraordinary concidering sales are the best way of keeping a company going. I walked out as did 3 others. Why isn't there someone available to do the collections. One staff member was picking stickers off shelves. Definitely won't be going back

I don?t normally leave reviews, but I went to Boots this morning and the girl on the till had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Absolutely no need for how rude she was!Thank you to the gentleman that works there who was really helpful.

Went to Boots in Prescot today and met a lovely lady from Mauritius. Called Tara's. She was more than helpful. She explained all the offers brilliantly and it was a very pleasant shopping experience

Went to pick up click and collect. Sale assistant took my order number but then informed me she had to serve the other customers first. Had to wait 10 minutes before she went and got my order. Was informed there was nobody else a available to help. Got home and was surprised how much packaging for just a small bottle of perfume.

Went to collect a prescription today and the man on the desk was so rude, he was wearing a suit with a bow tie, belittling me and my mum. There was no reason for him to speak like this, was absolutely no help whatsoever. He stood there with his arms up on the side of each covid plastic screen either side of him trying to argue with me ( a 17 year old!) Absolutely disgusting

RE: BOOTS PHARMACYYesterday at 5.50pm (1st September 2023 ) I took a prescription in to your pharmacy that had been printed off by my GP practice. The prescription was a duplicate because I had already been to Sedem pharmacy who said they didn't have one of the items in stock and they couldn't give me a different brand as they would be out of pocket financially. Thats really not my problem, i just need my medication. After 2 days of waiting she did give 21 out of the 56 I was owed, but I need the 56 as I'm due to go away. So I went back to the GP who printed of a new prescription and told me to go to a different pharmacy with it where I would be able to get the rest of my medication. The GP had to print of the whole prescription as the computer wouldn't let her just print off the one item.I took it to your pharmacy and came back 30 minutes later to collect it. Your pharmacist chucked it back at me, stating I had already had this prescription from Sedem pharmacy and no pharmacist would now complete this prescription. He spoke to me like had broken some sort of law, or that I was some sort of crazed drug addict wanting 2 prescriptions! He also wrote all over it in capital letters so I can't take it anywhere else! So now I still don't have my medication!!!! He didn't even want to here why it was a duplicate prescription!Where the hell do you think I got the prescription from? Out of an elephants backside? What is wrong with you all? Pharmacists go on about having to close down because they are not making enough money. Well, now both these pharmacy's have lost a customer. If you treat people like this then you deserve to go bust!I've honestly got a good mind to report both these pharmacists to their governing body. I'm absolutely fuming! How dare you treat people like this!!!!
