I picked up my prescription yesterday with items missing. I called today to tell them. I was advised I can't get my tablets without a consultation as its a controlled substance. I was already annoyed as what you get given is ment to be correct.

Boots at cables is always a lovely experience the staff on tills and pharmacy are lovely, patient and kind on every occasion. I am in there getting click and collect or prescription medication often. It’s a very busy store serving a continuously growing populated area. Trusted named pharmacy for a reason. Would recommend... read full comment
