Third time that we've put an online order in to then get a message 15-20inutes later to say it's been cancelled. If you can't manage the amount of orders don't allow people to order through just eat and waste their time

Went to Subway early on Tuesday as I was waiting for my car that was in a garage close by. I was the only customer and asked if I could sit and wait. I enjoyed my food and drink.

I can't knock the quality or presentation of the food or cleanliness of the premises.
The young woman behind the counter on a Fri night is so lovely 5* and I feel so sorry for her being bullied by the old woman she works with
Even though the store closes at 9pm I ordered a hot drink at 745 online andbpicked up at 8pm the machine by then the machine was being cleaned and switched off, I'm sorry but that time is ridiculous

Cant change this, cant change that. What an absolute joke. Id rather buy my own ingredients and make a decent sandwich. Prep skills are seriously lacking and require training. Ive never seen someone struggle with bread and meat so much before.

Juliette never fails to make my subway experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Her attitude towards customers and staff is disgraceful and it creates a very tense atmosphere within the shop. I would not recommend this subway unless you want to have verbal abuse thrown at you for no reason at all. She is extremely belittling and uncouth.

The staff are a credit to Subway, I order online for delivery as I am unable to leave my house. They always prepare my food exceptionally and if I ask for a change or add on they do it perfectly, thank you so much.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.Lack of customer service! Refillable drink tastes like soda water with a drop of syrup. Told the woman behind the counter, and she went to the back in a huff. If you?re going to be rude and have a strop then customer service isn?t for you. Tasted it herself and said that?s how it?s meant to taste. If that?s the case then it?s disappointing, mustn?t have tried a refillable drink elsewhere and know how it should taste. Customers are always right!Pressed for tango and practically soda water just came out

Went in to order £40 order ordered the first sandwich big cheese steak when I asked for extra mozzarella I was told by the short haired girl serving us that she couldn?t do it I informed her that other subways do it and that it can be put through on the till with an extra charge she said no and refused to add the extra cheese. So we turned around to leave as subways ethos if your same which your way I?m not being told what I can and cant have. As we went to leave the sandwich artist began to shout abuse telling us she?s not being told how to do her job and we should start going to another subway so we did we went to the subway in Ashton where the store Manager made us the order how we asked for it with no issues and had a good laugh at the power trippy sandwich artist in newtonIf you want good friendly service go to Ashton

Ordered online for 2 people.Garlic bread with cheese - no garlic, no cheese, just a piece of dry toast!First foot long, deli meats - only had ham and pepperoni on, extremely sparse with the toppings, no sauce in sight, very flat sandwich!!Second foot long, philly steak - no salad at all, toppings completely wrong, sauce wrong. Contained chillies which my partner cannot eat!!We have ordered several times from this subway and there is always something wrong with the order. Other subways get orders correct, Newton-le-Willows subway seems to let the side down.
