They forgot to give fries what I ordered, when I went back they give a bag of fries with 6 piece of chips inside, I asked what is that portion and they said that is normal and buy another or complain online.
My coffee was cold and watery and the service was terrible, and the staff were rude. Didn't even say sorry or how can I help, I have to get one staff to get my fries which was nearly empty bag.
I do not recommend that McDonald . That was not the first that something happened with me there.

Why is it whenever you come to this McDonald no way is it fast food even if your just waiting for 1 item And they get you to park up then waiting for your food it?s always the same!!!

Terrible service and rude staff, not helpful and always missing something from the order also they gave 8 pieces of fries in the bag . That was not the first time to be disappointed in that place. I do not recommend to go there .

This place is a joke mc flurry machine has not been working for neally 2 weeks, i norm only get fries n burger and Im always told do i mind parking up, five mins later food comes frezzing cold and hardly any chips! Went again 26/02/25 waited 15 minutes in queue got home double cheese burger missing go back manager did the order fresh again asked if everything is right yes mate got home and something else is missing 1 hours it's took to get a mcds fuming n very stressed as the kids were starving not happy one bit

Asked for a Mc chicken sandwich without mayo and with ketchup on instead. Then reminded them at the window that I don?t want mayo on because of allergies. When got the meal luckily I checked it and it had mayo and ketchup on so took it to get changed. They changed it to only ketchup and missed the lettuce off. When I got home I found that they didn?t put one of the burgers I ordered in the bag. Plus there was about 10 fires in each large fries. Second time I?ve been here that they have messed up and won?t be going again
