As i Blue Badge holder. I parked in their shared car park (+post office) and due to problems at the post office and the sorting office I went over the time limit by 15 minutes I had shopped at H&B. No problems in that store. I have received a parking ticket for £100. Found the shop manager (Laura) and she used her private mobile phone to get the ticket quashed. Very good service from this store manager. She was going on holiday that day. I hope she enjoyed York. The time limit is a little short if you have post office problems for blue badge holders. It's a pity that H&B are the recipient of this comment, but their manager went above & beyond. Thank you Laura.

Went in for toothpaste.. came out with clothes..snacks gardening stuff and forgot the toothpaste lol love this place !

I?ve spent several thousand pounds there over the past few years, but I won?t be shopping there again. I hope that £60 parking was worth it. Very rude management.

Good range of items I got most of what I needed I saw the price of it all at the till and thought blimey I thought it was going to be more than that and staff very helpful to find what you need if they havnt got it they'll tell you where to find it in other stores
