However recently my wife came across a very bad situation with one of the receptionists. My wife complained about it and it was escalated to the practice manager, Joanne Clark. Not only did Joanne respond immediately to the complaint but she diligently followed up with my wife to reassure her that the complaint was being dealt with and she also provided reassurance on the solutions that will be put in place so that another patient doesn’t have to go through what my wife went through in the future. This review is to appreciate Joanne’s amazing service as well as kindness. We lost a bit of confidence in the practice after what happened to my wife but Joanne restored that trust in us and we are very grateful to her.”
