Poor service especially for the older lady in front of me. She had a huge tray of coffee and tea. Not one of the staff offered to help her at the cafe pick up point. She asked me to help which I was happy to do. The 2 ladies serving should be ashamed that they let this lady just stand there. Never been impressed with the Customer service in this place or should I say lack of. A smile can go a long way. I only come here for my dogs grrom otherwise I'd never come again and I will tell my friends that it isn't good. What is this coffee eurrggh ! Never never again !
