I came in with my son who was wheezing and had run out of his inhaler. The staff at Boots were absolutely fantastic ? without hesitation, they ensured he was given an inhaler straight away so his symptoms could be quickly brought under control. Truly caring, professional, and efficient service. A wonderful team ? 5 stars!

I came in this morning feeling really unwell and anxious because I hadn?t been able to get a doctors appointment. The boots team were welcoming and happy to see me, and the pharmacist was so reassuring, communicative and kind, I was put completely at ease and calmed right down. She did a thorough check on me and prescribed me some treatment. Excellent service!

Was made to wait why they created me an account and set up text alerts that I didn?t ask for. When asked why I had to wait when I could see the items I was collecting I was given attitude by woman behind the counter.
Won?t be bothering using them again

Would just like to say a big thank you to the pharmacist (sorry I didn?t catch your name!) at boots who helped me sort emergency repeat medicine. I was getting no help from my GP but I filled in a form on the NHS 111 website and the pharmacist called me and it was sorted so easily. You really helped me out when I was feeling a bit stressed so once again thank you so much!

They do not answer calls by phone. We both use this pharmacist for our prescriptions but have so many problems trying to contact them which has started me having to make 2 journeys instead of the 1. They need a better system to answer calls rather than put people who don't have the time to keep having to make multiple trips. V Poor!

Say they require 3 working days however it always appears the prescription has literally got there as you give your details every time

I have used for several years and never experienced problems. However on the last 3 ocassions the service has been appalling. Pts queueing and waiting for prolonged periods of time. Staff are disengaged and brusque. They have had my Px for over a week and still not dispensed when I go to collect !!
