The shop is full to the absolute brim with stuff people tripping over boxes unable to go down aisles properly if people are queuing up because the the aisles are too small. I?ve been in a few times now and every time I?ve been in someone?s tripped up over something.

Absolute rudeness from the guy behind the desk throwing my parcel around, slammed it on the counter and shoved an electronic signature device in my face!! Didn't even speak to me only to ask my name! Never going there again, getting my parcels delivered home.

Attended today to collect my Yodel parcel and the male member of staff was the rudest man I have ever met ! Firstly he was on his mobile and didn't even acknowledge my presence for several minutes, then he tried to serve me while carrying on his phone call ...til he realised it was a parcel collection . I showed him only the barcode and asked for my parcel and provided my ID on request . He went to the back of the shop to get my parcel after confiring my name and came back saying it l wasn't there and that I now needed to go away! ? at his aggressive and negative attitude I explained that I had an email AND a text both stating they were left 2 days ago and showed him I was correct address . I explained I had travelled 35 mins by car from Liverpool just to collect this parcel and asked if he could write some confirmation that the item wasn't there and that I'd attempted collection. He just lost his temper immediately and told me that I was to contact Very as my order was with them and had nothing to do with him . He said I hadn't paid anything to him so I needed to raise the loss with Very. Now I hadn't told him my parcel was from Very and the barcode page I showed him didn't have any store details on either so I wonder how he guessed correctly which company my order had been from ??? As a Collect+ site I'm sure more than Very use this location as a collection point! ? Definitely not a store where the customer is valued ..just .treated more like an inconvenience.....and a man who was very aggressive and rude to a woman just trying to collect a parcel ....and buy some sweets!
