The yodel delivery service here is poor , no Internet connection. So if
You go and it's down , you ain't getting your parcel ! Asked why, and got attitude. ( it does this apparently) I asked where manager was to report problem ( more attitude) . Don't offer a service if you know your Internet is the cheapest & doesn't work properly.. it's called customer service. Wasted my time will not use again , lost business also sort your staffs attitude out & the Internet connection. Waste of time.

Normally very friendly, however the opening hours say they open at 8am. Twice now (on different occasions) I?ve stopped on my way to work to pick up parcels and they have still been closed. This photo was taken at 0810. Wasted journeys are not good for customer service.

I have now had issue with the collection point at this shop, first one they had refused the parcel and it was sent back and the second I went to collect a package which after scanning was handed to me empty. I asked what do do now as it?s been scanned ?-nothing they could do as it had been scanned. The package had been opened and the items removed which was makeup, it looks like it had been peeled back first to see what the content was then it was removed. Not helpful at all. Please use caution when getting your items delivered here.
