The yodel delivery service here is poor , no Internet connection. So if You go and it's down , you ain't getting your parcel ! Asked why, and got attitude. Normally very friendly, however the opening hours say they open at 8am. Twice now (on different occasions) I’ve stopped on my way to work to pick up parcels and they have still been closed. This photo was taken at 0810. Wasted journeys are not good for customer service.

I have now had issue with the collection point at this shop, first one they had refused the parcel and it was sent back and the second I went to collect a package which after scanning was handed to me empty.
