Came for the first time a couple of weeks ago. My server Col and Izzy were fantastic and so attentive to our table. Drinks came fast and the measures were fantastic, exceptional for a table of our size. Our table server was called Amelia who was lovely and made sure that we were all happy. Will certainly come back, great value for money

The Hare and Hounds in Maghull has a great atmosphere and friendly service. Rachael is fantastic ? always welcoming, efficient, and makes you feel right at home. Only thing that could make it even better would be a few more televisions so everyone can watch without craning their necks. Still, a great local spot!

I was very dissapointed with my meal last night,i had.bass fillets with kingsize prawns but it came with 6 shrimps, ,l asked the waiter he said it was a mistake on the menu, it is one of the most expensive meals but was not goodvalue. We visit this pub every Thursday evening, we have never been dissapointed until last night.

Steak,chips2onionrings half a tomato and 2 mushroom. The steak was so difficult to cut even with a steak knife. The rest was in my opinion frozen food and bad cooking.
