Recently placed an order used to really enjoy the meals however have noticed the quality is not as good as it has been. The halloumi and chicken were burnt and gave off a strong burnt taste and despite asking for garlic mayo there was none in either of our wraps. Shame hopefully this has been a one off

I have ordered from this place and my food hasn?t arrived even though it was due over 20 minutes ago, the restaurant has had no communication at all despite me requesting updated, when I tried to call they hung up on me, honestly a £40 order not arriving is god awful.

They did chips apparently, but the assistant couldn't work the till. Then he put our chips on to fry before pouring red sauce onto a load of buns sitting waiting in boxes. He then proceeded to scoop out every bit of sauce from the tin and stirred it round on top of the bun with his finger! After handling my change - not very hygienic to say the least.Our chips, a small box for over £3 each, were nice and, so far, we're not dead through food poisoning.

Just had 2 awful meals from here. Gourmet burger looked like it had been cooked for days, burnt & dry.Chicken Wrap might as well have been a tomato one as thats all you could make out. Avoid this place and go Little Italy instead, waste of £20.

Used to be nice in 2019, ordered twice from Uber eats and both times the food has come cold and soggy but despite chasing these both up for refunds months ago, nothing has been done. Website states it opens at 11:30 but this is actually wrong by 4

This has been my go to takeaway for years. Food is always exceptional, good portion sizes and the guys that work there are really friendly. Recently had my first poor experience there and they couldn?t have done any more to put the situation right. Thankfully this will continue to be my go to takeaway!

Quick service by a very pleasant young man. Chicken was delicious and very good value. Ordered half a chicken with lemon and herb dressing with a side of chips. Served with a homemade salad plenty for 2 of us

Ordered chicken Caesar salad, £7.29 for a very small amount, I also counted 1 piece of tomato in the salad. I Called up and spoke to a members of staff and their excuse was justeat charge an extra 20% ontop of orders. Still not worth it. Why sign your company up to a website knowing the customer will be ripped off?Got told I will get a refunded?? stillWaiting 3 days later.

Absolutely shocking! The Aintree Piri Piri is amazing and everytime I order from the Maghull one it?s so poor chips under cooked everytime and chicken so dry so disappointing won?t be ordering from this one again.

This was my first time eating here (home delivery)All the chips were soggy, the nuggets were also soggy, both kids didn't like the wrap, the burger was luke warm. The wrap Was ok.I'm personally not going to return because it didn't feel value for money and the food quality wasn't there.

Very nice food and customer service was very friendly, price is the only reason you lost a star. Paid 16 pound for 2 burger meals and they werent gourmet burgers just bog standard burgers haha
