To begin with, I cannot thank and recommend Rebecca at Ian Crane enough! The help and guidance from Rebecca has been super amazing I couldn't have asked for anyone better! I Let out my first property purchase with this Team and they made the entire process easy, fluent and trouble-free! After completing the sale of my parents family home of 46 years yesterday, I would like to say another big thank you. From Mark coming to give the valuation back in June to Gill's phone call confirming completion, their service was outstanding.
Pleasant, attentive and very quick to respond to any queries.
There were a few bumps along the way and a delayed completion date due to solicitor bits & bobs but we got there in the end!

We advertised our flat to let via Ian Crane. Rebecca made sure it was advertised on rightmove with high quality pictures and descriptions. She then diligently assessed the potential tenants and ensured they passed credit checks. Any repairs needed were handled efficiently and at a resonable cost. We now have a tenant who we are very happy with and are also happy that we are kept regularly informed by Rebecca and the team.

I have today completed on the sale of my mother-in-law's house and I could not be happier with the service provided by Ian Crane Estate Agents - they are extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful whilst being very friendly and easy to deal with. It's not just about knowing the local market, which they do better than any online agent could, it's the extra services they offer that an online agent simply cannot provide that make all the difference -they were able to help me with engaging a reliable contractor who was able to dispose of the furniture, clean the property from top to bottom and maintain the garden until the sale was finalised. Selling a house is stressful but Ian Crane Estate Agents simply took the worry out of the process for me - thank you!
