In contrast to just 8 months back, The staffing seems disorganised. The atmosphere is rather tense and tangible. Service is beyond slow ? and the dinning area leaves a lot to be desired. Also, On a personal note, One of the new staff used his unwashed hand to add the chocolate to my cappuccino! Ewe! Condensation build up all over the windows can hardly be right in a post covid society, Pfft!

Drinks taste different everytime, the place was near enough empty, all the staff was talking and I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for my drink and about 10 people come in, all got their drinks so i asked where it is and they said they don't know and had to retake my order, that took them another 5 minutes to make because they ran out of ingredients. Staff is usually rude and drinks very overpriced.

Having visited many Costa coffee shops on my travels. This one rates amongst the best
Pleasant and highly efficient professional staff even when the queue is huge

I was meeting a friend and as she lives in maghull and suggested Costa I thought ok give them one more chance, I always go independent, and I should have insisted we went elsewhere. The man on the machine was so rude to the poor girl on the till as she just put the panini on the grill ?open?. The queue was massive and they were under staffed, and unorganised. Please stick to independent coffee shops they need your custom more!

Service very slow, staff are as far rom cheerful as you can get. The guy who served us was quite abrupt and unkempt.

Ordered 3 hot drinks and a frappe. Drinks were actually hot which you can't always say in a Costa. The two staff members knew what they were doing and were friendly enough. Plenty of seats available.
