Had to wait a long time for the coffee by which time my teacake was cold. A disappointing visit.

In contrast to just 8 months back, The staffing seems disorganised. The atmosphere is rather tense and tangible. Service is beyond slow ? and the dinning area leaves a lot to be desired. Drinks taste different everytime, the place was near enough empty, all the staff was talking and I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for my drink and about 10 people come in, all got their drinks so i asked where it is and they said they don't know and had to retake my order, that took them another 5 minutes to make because... read full comment
