Appalling service! Has delivered parcel (containing items which have emotional value, cannot be replaced) to the wrong store and now can't locate it after promises to re -deliver. Customer services a joke! No human voice, just automated, referring to live chat, also useless. Promised to escalate and investigate missing parcel, then I receive email telling me to refer to my sender when I had made it quite clear I am the sender! No human voice to lodge a complaint. This service should be shut down!

Terrible delivery company. I stay clear of them as much as I possibly can as I?ve had issue with one of their drivers in Manchester who didn?t want to deliver any parcels to actual apartments and once attempted to run me down in his van.\\n\\nAnother issue I?ve had was recently I had a parcel sent (unfortunately) by Yodel and they?ve emailed me saying it?s on the van from my local depot and on its way, so I?m waiting around for it. Then I receive an update to say the parcel was back at the depot. So I ask live chat what?s happened and they just tell me the delivery date is the next day now. I ask again why it was sent back to the depot and they just say ?well if they can deliver it today then they will and it?s due for delivery tomorrow?.\\n\\nAppalling customer service and appalling drivers. Don?t even know how some companies still use them. It?s the worst delivery company in the country.\\n\\nSome advice for companies looking for a delivery company, find someone else as your courier. You don?t want this to impact on your customers.

Let's CLOSE Yodel down together!! Absolutely shocking customer service!! No head office to contact anyone for help!! And drivers that mark your parcel as delivered when they clearly havent been delivered!! They think they can be rude to you its appauling!! I am shocked that Yodel is still in business with the amount of people who have had issues with them!! Stick to amazon prime and royal mail!!

What kind of customer service do you call this!! Completely rude drivers and fake deliveries! The driver marked our parcel as delivered yesterday at 5pm and we contact him today and he said he still has it and was very rude! Head office did nothing about it! Disgusting customer service!!

I've chased my missing parcel all weekend, until today when Yodel was open, with their tracking told me it was delivered to number 390 after trying to deliver it to 384, I live at 364, anyway cut long story short, I get the number of the driver, Daemon, Dorset. which I call and get told I'm speaking to his p.a. during my complaint she tells me 'OH F__K OFF' I've sat here in my wheelchair stil totally shocked. I can't find anywhere on their website where you can speak to a human being not even at their main offices in Liverpool.

Yodel sent me an email claiming a parcel had been "dropped off" NO PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED. Tracking number given was. JJD0002231276804189 my address is 23 St Chad's road Blackpool FY16BP

Disgusting customer service. We are a small company selling essential oil products. When enquiring about using Yodel for our deliveries we were told" no liquids" when I queried how this can be when Neal's yard use Yodel, they refused to comment and cut off the chat. I immediately started a chat again and the same person came on and very rudely refused to give an explanation and cut off the chat again. It seems they're only interested in providing a service, contradicting their so called policy for large companies!

My friends parcel was delivered to the wrong address, we then went to retrieve the parcel to which it had been stolen. There were multiple signs saying not to leave parcels in reception, however the delivery driver still left if in the wrong building in an unsafe place. When phoned delivery driver stated it was not his issue and cannot do anything to help.The customer service were no help and we could not get in touch with yodel as no number would connect.Horrible delivery service would not recommend.

Yodel repeatedly leave my parcels inside my gate which is very near the pavement. They should try at least to come to the house and leave it near the door.. Alternatively, there is a postbox clearly marked with my house number. Unfortunately I have never managed to see the guy delivering thereby not being able to explain. My parcel that was delivered yesterday I think was left in the dark and I only just found it by chance now. I suggest a better customer connection

AWFUL. I sent a parcel to a buyer on December 12th which the buyer needed in time for Christmas. It was due December 16th. On December 19th, I called them and asked where it was as the tracking hadn?t been updated and they said I?d hear back within 48 hours. I heard nothing back. So I opened a claim on the website on December 22nd. It said 7 days I?d have an answer, which was already too late, I already now have to refund the buyer as the parcel didn?t make it in time for Christmas so it?s useless to them. Yet despite this, still no update from them on January 2nd. And apparently they?re closed today? January 2nd isn?t a holiday. I still work, why aren?t they? So a huge waste of my time and money and mental energy, they?ve clearly lost the parcel and instead of admitting this and refunding me, they just ignore the claim. Worse than Hermes/Evri. Worst part is the item is irreplaceable. It?s worth more than its monetary value because it?s something I carried all the way home from Japan to the U.K. in my suitcase. You cannot get it anywhere in the U.K. so it?s something special. I can?t replace it for the buyer as I would have to physically fly out to Japan again.

Allegedly delivered my parcel on 21/12/22 at 8.59am. can't get anywhere with them. Live chat cuts you off when you're waiting for them to check something. Eventually got an answer saying it was undeliverable and to refer to the seller. The seller just see's delivered and eBay see's delivered and closed the case. eBay gave me contact details and phone number to call but just cuts off immediately numbers I have found on say no to 0870 don't exist. Would give NO STARS but don't know how. I will be asking any supplier if they use Yodel in the future and refuse to deal with them if they don't use an alternative delivery company.Very disappointed as Yodel is a Liverpool based company and I'm from Liverpool.

Please report this company to the Police in order for them to be investigated. There is no one to speak to in there offices, they do not read the webchats. We have lost a lot of money from parcels being stolen by there drivers. They will not compensate or resolve the issue. The more reports to the police the more action will be taken against then along with trading standards.

Was supposed to be here Thursday but tracking went dead. Finally Sunday tracking info came up saying today. Waited to find they have only brought some of my shipment. No idea where the rest of my order is. 17:30 another van turns up with some more of my order. But I?m still missing the vital starting parts that I need and back to square one? still missing half my order. Worst company ever.

I am very disappointed. My parcel is been delivered on my previous house , I wasn't expecting anything so I didn't change my address on time. Apparently the driver delivered the parcel at the exactly address where no one lives at the moment. I checked with the neighbours and no one took or saw the parcel, the only proof that I have is a picture of the door , which was close. I don't know where is my parcel or who took it. The best option that the customer service gave to me is "check with the neighbours ". Well done, I lost my uni book!
