I have been under the professional care of The Orthodontic Practice since May 2022 for my Invisalign treatment with Dr Chava and I am really pleased with both the result of my treatment and the aftercare provided.The reception team are extremely efficient and accommodating with appointment times and the orthodontic nurses are knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the patient journey.I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Chava and her team at the The Orthodontic Practice.

Have always had a great experience with staff, who always accommodate my visits, even when I am admittedly running late. The Orthodontist - always take the extra time to explain the procedure and processes to me which gave me a lot of confidence in my care and the outcome of treatment. The most amazing experience with the orthodontist practice, Started my journey with the practice on the 22nd June 2022, throughout my journey the advice, care & support has been amazing 10 out of 10, Dr Chava & her team have truly been amazing really can't recommend them enough, its coming to the end of my journey with the practice tomorrow with my final appointment picking up my retainers which am excited about but also sad as I will definitely missed them all. Thank you so much to the orthodontist practice and their team, your guys are amazing ??.

I was looked after by DR Chava during my Invasalign journey. Before coming into the Orthodontic practice I was self conscious with my teeth. I always wanted to create that perfect smile!When I first came to the practice I did not know what I was letting myself in for but putting my trust in DR Chava I gained confident and I knew without a doubt she would help me get the smile I always wanted. DR Chava, could not of done it without her amazing team working alongside her too.After 12 months I am so happy with the final result and I feel more confident than I was 12 months ago.All members of staff were very approachable and answered all of my questions without no issues.The practice is a professional environment, very clean and all staff go out their way to deliver excellent customer service at the highest standards as possible.The treatment plan was very easy to follow with finances etc.I cannot wait to try out my whitening home kit!

I needed a fast appointment as my sons retainer had come away from 2 teeth. Couldn't get in to the Brace Place for 2 weeks.The service and advice was excellent. We were seen ahead of our appointment time. Everything was explained and the retainer fixed.On the downside the price for 10 minutes work was £150. However finding a reputable orthodontist to repair a retainer was problematic.In summary if you can afford I would recommend. However I believe it is significantly overpriced.
