This shop is an absolute disgrace, on more than one occasion the display racing papers have not been put up for certain meetings, how are customers supposed to read the form?..Terrible odour everytime i walk into this shop sickening stale smell, for goodness sake tell your staff to use the appropriate aerosol to freshen this shop up because it certainly needs it. finally, one female staff has no manners whatsoever when it comes to taking bets from a customer, no hello, no goodbye, no thank you after placing a bet, this person definitely needs retraining in customer relations, and also learning to deal with all different ethnic races!
