I always buy my electrical goods from John Lewis but the TV I bought in2021 has a fault which can happen but I've had the repair company out 4 times now which has meant me taking time out never really knowing till that morning what 4 hour time slot I'm going to receive which is a pain but just 1 of those things the problem is they have now been out 4 times and still not resolved the fault and when I try to reach out to John Lewis all I get is a call centre repeating the same thing and not resolving the problem I have had a faulty T.V for over a month now ad wasted 4 days waiting around now they are asking me to wait another 72 hours for the repair company to report what next they can do ,yes John Lewis are trying but also trying my patience I thought you had to give them 2 chances to try and repair the fault then either replace it or refund me but nothing as yet just another wait be very careful when buying from John Lewis its not the service I was expecting.

Rich shopping center, very competitive prices and very wide assortment

What better place to go look at everything high end in one shop! My parents both love this shop and buy most of the things for their houses in here! They have all sorts of designer clothes in their one mini displays, all sorts of designer crockery, electronics and tvs such as a mini apple and Samsung shop, big brand makeup and beauty, a whole floor for perfume, and other assorted bits and bobs that you didn't know you needed for your house!! They even have wallpaper and furniture on the top floor, all complete with a lovely little cafe and restaurant. The shop smells delightful and the staff always have smiles on their faces and are always there if you need any kind of help. I would 100% recommend going during Christmas as they have the most beautiful huge chandelier handing in the middle of all of the escalators, there's disabled and men's and womens toilets on every floor and the whole shop is very spacious making it very accessible for disabled people! 10/10 would recommend even if it's just to go have a look round

Lovely clothes in the John Lewis concession at Liverpool One, butmostly in small sizes. Whistles make a range of sizes, but JL only seem to have the smallest in stock
