MORE CUSTOMERS, REVIEWING THIS PHARMACY, FOR WHAT IT IS,
A JOKE TO OUR AREA, AND ITS TERRIBLE TO SEE TERMINALLY ILL PPL, BEIN LEFT WITHOUT THERE MEDS, PAIN RELIEF , AND ARE SENIOR CITIZENS, WAITING ON THE ROADSIDE, LIKE JUNKIES WAITING FOR THERE FIX/DEALER. ONLY TO FIND, DEALERS RUN OUT OF GEAR, OR WORSE STILL, HES ON A EXTENDED LUNCH BREAK , AND CHANCES ARE YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE YA AREA TO FIND A MORE RELIABLE, DRUG DEALER, THATS NOT DEALING YOU GENERIC, GABS

Don't be fooled to think that this is a pharmacy, it's no more than a shop front. They don't stock medication, refuse to help when asked, refuse to see to children, refuse advice on the NHS website, don't answer the phone and don't stick to their opening hours.
Definitely worth going elsewhere for a pharmacy.

If you're reading this because you are wondering where your prescriptions are (like I was earlier) do yourself a favour and get your GP to move you to another pharmacy. I've waited two weeks for medication and had nothing. Worse still, I've had no contact to advise of any issues. Walked up to find out what was going on, since 14 phone calls were hung up on us, only to find that the pharmacy is 'closed'. Eventually managed to get someone to issue our prescription to collect medication elsewhere, but not before they took an hour for lunch.. The whole store. Queues of people at the door including the elderly who have been missing medication for days on end. One elderly lady who was just told to check back tomorrow, no offer of a phone call to confirm medication, no offers of any help at all. Have advised the Well company of my issues, but one look on social media suggests they have the same issues country wide so I'm not expecting anything to change.

Don't know what is going on but twice now I've had to go and get my prescription and go elsewhere after waiting over 2 weeks for it to be filled. They don't answer the phone and hang up on you and when you go in person its shut. People outside today had run out of medication. Zero communication have moved my nominated pharmacy

Turn up at 535 told it is shut even though the website and the board outside say it's 6 PM told prescription isn't there even though they've had 48 hours to sort it. Women wasn't helpful at all. Bosses who read this you shouldn't be shutting 30 minutes early especially when it's a medicinal shop that's more important than anything.

Turned up today for my sisters prescription 4.40 there's all new staff he unlocked the door to let people out never said I wouldn't have time to get prescription am there with baby and pram 4.55 I said have I any chance getting this prescription for my sister he replied rather rudely did you not see how many people were in shop I saidso I have no chance why couldn't he say each time he opened the door dont know what's happened there but won't be going back he had to get back over the water

I would give this pharmacy no stars If I could, 48 hours to process a prescription!!! Apparently it takes that long as they have to order the medication, pick it from the shelf, put a label on it, check it and then put it in a bag!! I wouldn't mind but the medication is not some sort of weird type that you can only get from a supplier on the other side of the world!!

I find the staff are always polite and very efficient. They are always very helpful and will expedite a script if I need it quickly.
