My first experience with Vodafone was at Preston branch. The staff there were really helpful and so friendly. At this branch of Liverpool, they were bad.

Apparently on my credit score i-owe Vodafone £53 since 2019 I don't think I owe it as I was on SIM only. But I am prepared to pay to get it off my credit score but the problem is I am not on Vodafone and it is absolutely useless trying to contact them to sort this out really 6 years and they've never pursued the money they think I owe for stuff if you can't contact someone what can you do. They constantly ask if you're a new customer or a business customer and do not put you through to an operator as any time. Very frustrating they will probably never get their money stop

I tried to put a top up on my wife's and my phone we was told to sit and wait for a member of staff 15 mins later I asked a member of staff who was not serving a customer he growled to sit and wait it was not busy maybe 4 customers we just walked out will never use vodaphone again

Visited this store today to purchase new phone. The gentleman was named Jeffrey. What a truly lovely gentleman. So calm, patient and understanding. He was very clear, thorough and knowledgeable and I was delighted with the package he advised. Thank you very much.

Absolutely terrible service at this Vodafone store. I went there to collect a phone I had ordered, but the staff member clearly didn?t know how to do his job ? he cancelled my contract by mistake and couldn?t set up a new one. When I asked for the manager, she came out visibly annoyed, ignored everything I said, and told me ?I?m not going to do anything for you.? No respect, no support, no professionalism. I left the store shaken and extremely frustrated. Avoid this branch if you expect even basic customer service.

?Appalling Customer Service?
After 16 years with Vodafone, I?ve never experienced anything like what happened at this store. I went in to collect a phone I?d already ordered, but instead of simply giving it to me, the staff became pushy and aggressive, trying to upsell me a completely different phone and package. I declined repeatedly, but they kept pushing.
When I refused to change my plan, they claimed my ID was invalid even though I presented my passport, driving license, bank cards, and student ID. None of it was ?good enough.? One staff member became visibly angry and almost smashed her screen when I asked why my driving license wasn?t sufficient.
They flat-out refused to give me the phone I came to collect and told me I would now have to wait 7 days for it to be returned before I could try again. Meanwhile, they kept pushing for me to buy a new device and plan. It felt like a scam and an ambush, not a customer service interaction, after reading their other reviews this seems to be a common issue.
I left completely disappointed and shocked at the disrespectful, unprofessional behaviour. To make matters worse, customer services later called to apologise and offered me £50 in compensation, which I rejected on principle. The gesture did not come close to making up for the way I was treated.
As a result, I?ve now left Vodafone and moved all 17 of my business accounts to EE. After 16 years of loyalty, it?s clear Vodafone no longer values its customers. Avoid this store and possibly the network if you value respectful, professional service.

Highly un co operative and rude service. Not at all customer friendly. I purchased phone for my son and they made some mistake on their end. They wanted us to make payment for their mistake. We had to go through long process to rectify and never received any apology. Instead the staff was. Absolutely rude.
I needed a recording of my call. When i requested, again got very cold and rude staff on phone and did not want to help at all. I was tild that manager will call me but nothing happened.
I have been using Voda phone for almost 11 years now but still no customer respect. I dont want to even give one star. But then will not be able to post it.

One of the best customer service experienced in Liverpool. I was served by staff member BEE. He was very helpful and have good knowledge on product and system. Had to wait a bit longer due to a lot customers. Highly recommended ?

Would not help my friend because his first language is not English and basically could not be bothered to be patient and help him. My friend called me and asked me to help him and could inspeak on his behalf to the assistant to explain what he needed help with. And he just refused. Awful. Do better with your staff. Racists are not cool

The level of service I received from the so called 'senior manager' was absolutely atrocious. Firstly, he was out of breath from just walking over to serve me and it got worse from there, trying every under handed sales technique in the book to try and upsell to me. He spoke to me as if I was a child and spoke to his staff even worse. The man is an absolute menace and I for one will be telling other people to avoid this branch of Vodafone.
