My first experience with Vodafone was at Preston branch. The staff there were really helpful and so friendly. At this branch of Liverpool, they were bad.

Apparently on my credit score i-owe Vodafone £53 since 2019 I don't think I owe it as I was on SIM only. But I am prepared to pay to get it off my credit score but the problem is I am not on Vodafone and it is absolutely useless trying to contact them to sort this out really 6 years and they've never pursued the money... read full comment
