Beware. Very disappointed, ordered a replacement sink unit, the colour on the web site showed a light grey as our previous unit that had blown mdf after 4 years. New unit arrived dark battleship grey and shiny finish, nothing like the photo. Ended up having to pay nearly £100.00 to have the item delivered back to Skelmersdale as they wont accept returns in person.

We ordered the cove bathroom suite, we are very happy with it. We also ordered the shower unit which we are happy with too. We did however change the unit handles and also the tap.

Don?t trust their product reviews on their site
Brought a tap which turned out to be really poor quality (Bower Satin Copper Single Lever Kitchen Tap with Pull Out Spray)
Left a 2 star review on their site and was never published. So they obviously cherry pick the reviews!

Paid for items and was told next day they would call for us to collect??
Been waiting. No way of contacting them by phone or other???
This was an emergency as we?d had a flood . Also our name was mis spelled on invoice having given it correctly . Please take note as it?s so frustrating trying to contact people who have taken your money. And told they will ring you and don?t do so .

The products are fine for the price, but the customer service is really lacking. Support is only available via live chat. While the staff are polite and prompt, they don?t seem empowered to resolve issues?just repeat company policy. This must be very tedious for them.
My order was wrongly delivered over a mile away to a dental practice, meaning I had to drive to collect it after receiving repeated calls from them asking for it to be removed from their lobby. When I raised the issue via live chat (concerned it might happen again with the second part of my delivery), I was told the address was all correct.
After spending a good amount of money, I also expected a bit more flexibility when one item wasn?t suitable. Instead, I was told I?d need to arrange my own courier to return it?even though they?d already messed up the delivery once. I understand the importance of sticking to policy, but it really did leave a bad taste.
Overall, the experience felt unhelpful and left a poor impression. I?d recommend trying Clifton Trade Bathrooms instead ? I?ve had an excellent experience with them in the past.

Ordered a shower tray and tile backer boards. The shower tray came separately through the pallet network and this part was good. Good communication from the pallet network and delivered as stated. The tile backer boards were to come delivered by BJS (two man delivery service) and this has been terrible. 1st delivery arrived without our package on board and wrongly said we had refused it. Had to go back to victorian plumbing to get them to reorganise delivery which could contacting them twice to happen. 2nd attempted delivery the same situation where the goods haven't been loaded on the van. Now attempting to communicate with victorian plumbing via live chat again as only trade customers are given the option of a phone call. Email enquiries state estimated wait of 72 hours for a response.

Very impressed with your service and the quality of the shower enclosure. Replaced a flimsy old unit, with the new one being much more robust. Consequently much heavier but this was posted in the advert and repeated on the packaging. All in all very happy.

Worst company! They messed up my delivery and lied to me all day. Lost hour of my day trying to sort out my delivery and they kept lying, only after several attempts when a line manager or senior customer support spoke with me on the chat they confirmed the truth. Paid for service next day delivery on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday, had Workers aligned to work. Materials didn?t arrived contacted them in the morning and through the day and they lied , had to cancel get refunded and got somewhere else in a rush to choose materials without picking what I really wanted because of their lack of commitment with customers. Customer support is difficult to reach and they were not very good at least do ones I spoke with. They don?t have any number to contact and all through the chat.
They don?t have phone customer support only on chat and is really an awful experience when you are under stress. Because of missing my delivery they blamed the depot and delivery company, spoke with both and explained me the materials didn?t arrive so they couldn?t deliver because was not supplied by Victoria plumbing. On the live tracking system was wrong. To finalise they refund me but not the delivery refund which I hope I will get it sorted.
In general the worst ever experience I had when buying materials.
I don?t recommend this company to anyone.

Find a your quality products somewhere, place an order for £1199.95 bath, after twice delayed, sent the bath after 3 weeks which was cracked and the delivery driver left it inthe footpath, when i request a refund, I was told to wait until they uplift and reach their warehouse!! Or new bath will be delivered after 3 weeks. The Plumbing Co is furious and said had never expérience this sort of cowboy company.

Opened a trade account 2 baths later I?ve had to order else where both baths come damaged slow delivery from the delivery company, now stuck with a £100 odd bath panel I can?t use an they refuse to take back! No replies from emails awfull service first and last time I will ever be using again
